Unit availability or allocation
Developer deliverables or commitments
All investment and purchase decisions are made at the client’s own discretion.
Project Details, RERA & Broker RERA Compliance
4.1 India – Haryana RERA
All project information is shared based on details provided by registered developers under:
Haryana RERA.
Clients must verify:
Project registration number
Approvals
Payment schedules
Developer documentation
4.2 Dubai – RERA (Dubai Land Department)
All property listings and off-plan promotions comply with:
Dubai Land Department (DLD) & RERA regulations.
All brokerage activity is conducted under valid Dubai brokerage licenses.
4.3 Client Duty of Verification
Solaura provides information based on developer/owner data.
Clients must independently verify project details before making financial commitments.
Accuracy of Information
While we make every effort to keep listings and information updated:
Prices
Floor plans
Availability
Payment plans
Offers
…may change without notice.
We are not responsible for inconsistencies arising from developer updates or owner-provided information.
Brokerage Fees & Payment Terms
India:
1–2% of property value for sales (or mutually agreed).
1 month’s rent or as applicable for leasing.
Dubai:
Commission as per RERA/DLD norms or developer policies.
All commissions/fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate personal and financial information
Conduct their own due diligence
Review developer documents before signing
Consult legal/tax advisors if necessary
Make payments directly to authorized developer/owner accounts
Solaura is not liable for decisions made without proper verification.
Limitation of Liability
Solaura is not responsible for:
Delays in construction or handover
Developer defaults or changes
Disputes between buyers, tenants, owners, or developers
Loss of profit or opportunity
Errors due to third-party service providers
Our role is limited to property facilitation.
Third-Party Developers & Partners
Solaura is not liable for:
Developer promises or marketing claims
Modifications in design or specifications
Documentation errors from developers or owners
Each third party operates under its own policies and legal structure.
